Commissions will be taken based on what I feel comfortable doing and whether I am able to deliver something of good quality to your given spec - they are not first come, first served. This means I may decline commissions requesting highly-detailed assets, for example, as my skills may not be suitable for your needs.

If I accept your commission, I'll contact you in order to discuss your requirements, what you're expecting from your assets, and how I can integrate your branding or colour scheme where appropriate.

Lead time is expected to be between two and four weeks for most items. Where my schedule allows, you may request the work to be done sooner — this will incur a rush fee proportional to the amount of rush required.

Rush fees will always be at least 50% of the total commission cost, but I reserve the right to increase this to a maximum of 100% based on how soon you require the work.

Payment will be taken in full via Paypal invoice prior to any work starting — this includes any mockups for requested assets.

If requested prior to work starting, refunds will be given for 100% of the cost of work. This is reduced to 70% once work has begun, and 50% after initial drafts have been accepted. There will be no refunds once assets are complete, unless there is a genuine error.

A draft of your assets will be shown to you to ensure that they match your expected results before final work commences. This will be your only opportunity to request any changes without incurring an extra cost - any alterations requested once the assets are finished will be subject to a fee dependant on complexity of change. This will be discussed with you on a case-by-case basis.

All files relevant to your commission will be handed to you on completion, and can be used with whichever broadcasting software you use.

For custom chat commissions, you will receive a slime2 widget file.

If necessary, setup instructions will be provided alongside your assets. I am no longer offering overlay and alert setups on Streamlabs or StreamElements.
